A trailblazing Tucson native who broke barriers in the male-dominated world of rock and the recording industry, Linda embodies a fierce, independent spirit and the enduring power of women’s voices.

At a time when patriarchy and misogyny are resurging across the United States, this concert is a celebration of women’s strength, power, and independence, brought to life through the unforgettable music of one of the greatest voices of our time. We honor Linda’s proud Mexican American heritage and her longtime advocacy for immigrant rights. We reflect on the shared struggle as it relates to our own LGBTQ+ rights movement and collective liberation.
